This book is a collection of chapters written for the 2006 meeting of ''Controversies and Up-dates in Vascular Surgery'' held in Paris.
In the book, you will find the most up to date information required for current daily practice as vascular surgeons. However, not all decisions in surgery are evidence based as many patients fall outside the convenient frame of study groups observed in randomised studies.
